Our Goal

Our objective is to provide top-quality and cost-effective advice on ERISA benefit claims.  As consultants, we want to give you an unbiased, objective analysis of your claim.  As advocates, we aim to present your legal position in the best light possible, taking advantage of all helpful developments in the law of ERISA.

About Fees

Depending upon the type of service requested, we can work on hourly, fixed-fee and contingent fee arrangements.

Assistance with administrative appeals and courtroom work is typically an hourly charge.  Expert witness services are also charged by the hour.

Reviewing administrative files and draft pleadings for law firms is usually done on a fixed-fee basis.

Where we are asked to serve as lead counsel, we may offer contingent fee arrangements in a limited number of cases, depending upon the size of the claim and the merits of the case.

In accordance with the requirements of the Bar, we provide clear written fee agreements to all clients.
